Do you know any blog advertising companies

Lately, I learnt about blog advertising companies. But, I wonder if these companies can be termed as link brokers. Here, if I sign up with them, I will have to pay for accepting the article or review. These articles and reviews will be then saved on the company’s system. In return, the bloggers will choose the blogs that they liked. On placing the blogs on the site, the bloggers get paid. Does this medium sound to be effective? Will this technique be said link purchase? I am waiting for your inputs so that I can take advantage of the best medium.

Let me get you straight,

You pay a company to write blogpost for their Bloggers?
If it is- dump it, you can publish your post at article directories for free, have a "dofollow" link with a higher PR for your website.

If I understood you wrong- let me know.

Don't you mean Kontera??? Kontera offers in-text advertising and maybe other types of advertising also.
