Can anyone help the little guy on debt leads

I’ve been in debt settlement for the last two years , I'm trying to start my own business at home , I'm presently working at a law firm , so sorry to say my home base business is part time , which really is on weekend only even though I can talk to a potential client during the weekday , which is mostly follow up.
I need to pay by credit card, because it takes about 5 – 6 month before you really have any check coming in.

I want to spend about 2k a month on leads, where I can get at least 50 leads and have at least a 10 percent closing ratio

I don’t want to spend my money trying out different places, I can do my own web site but I don’t know what results that will create for me.

Most of my sale have been in live call in. the first law firm I work at was all mailers those were great
Client was home they had time to think.
The present law firm I work at now, are doing live radio lead the obama or stimulate or stimulate leads which really suck,
You really have to sort thru a lot of garbage with these leads; its ok of you received 10 – 14 a day.
But they’re not worth no 40 or 50 bucks may be 25 bucks
