I need some information that i am thinking of opening forum where i will allow people to post there sites links. My question is that can this thing harmful for my page or not?

One harm that I see is that you will be attracting a lot of spam and will have to cautious about this so as to filter them on a regular basis.Otherwise for a new forum allowing people this facility is mandatory in a way because some top forums allow this facility .
