Finding new offers/ Advertisers?

Hi I'm with Empyre Media we are expanding from co-reg and developing a CPA network. I was wondering if someone could point me to where I could find advertisers looking to put offers on our network, most of our publishers are emailers so offer that perform well with email.

Try to use search engines to search for tips and you will be surprised at the whole lots of tips you'll find for free.
