Well, aside from wordpress, you can make use of blogger. Blogger offers different templates that you can choose from. Aside from that, there are templates designer who give away free templates. Just Google it up.

My two favorites are wordpress and blogger. Wordpress is a PR9 so I love them, not to mention really easy to use. Then Blogger because Google owns them and I think they give priority to blogger blogs, but that is just my opinion.
