Yahoo Using Bing.com's Search Engine??

I heard that Yahoo has or is going to join with MSN ... and are going to start using bing.com for there search results...

I have two question's can anyone verify this or is it just a rumor?

And if this is true.... Great! Does this mean no more having to submit your site to yahoo's directory just to be listed in there search results?

It is true that yahoo seems to give up the SE share. But the Yahoo directory still has high PR, and great traffic, worth doing it.
