There are so many bookmarking sites out there that you need to make sure you are posting to the dofollows. This is time consuming and you don't want to waste your time. Try SEO Quake and use the no do follow tool to examine the links shown on a site. If they are nofollow just move on.

I would agree or believe they have at least. I know a few bookmarking sites I used over 2 years ago had nofollow then. I bet more uses that now though to aim to prevent spam.
