What the hell is wrong with Face Book??

We've had a few people in our affiliate program that have been trying to set up ads on Facebook and I have to tell you, THEY'RE HORRIBLE. There were a few affiliates comlaining about their advertising policies and setup, so I decided to test it myself.

I haven't had the chance to post any ads on Facebook yet, so I tried to post a few today, but had absolutely NO luck doing so. Every ad I posted was rejected with no other explanation other than to tell me to look at their guidelines. I looked at the guidelines over and again and I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

The ads were VERY simple and I followed ALL of their rules (as far verbage, offer, punctuation etc.) and still no luck.

Are they really so big that they can afford to make it this difficult? From my understanding the traffic they send is awful anyway, so I'm done trying.

Sometimes to avoid spamming on the site they do things like this. Or may be their system facing some issues. Don't worry, it will be working soon. If you want open a ticket in their support section.

Rules are now getting more strict, why not you contact support team directly. Because if you follow all rules, this will not happen.

Thanks for your responses. In our industry you need to have a presence on all the social media platforms to gain traffic.

I have yet to look at the first ad placed on Facebook and I am on there a lot.
I think you can use your money more wisely than advertising there, esp if their service is as bad as you claim it is.

I know it is really annoying but there must be very little rule that you miss to achieve....

Try to ask them... I am sure there is something wrong ... Nobody will reject money paid to them, including Facebook

I tried facebook ads and had little success. The click to conversation ratio was terrible, I was better off using search engine ppc.

luckily I had $400 in free credits to use so it didn't cost me a thing. Im not sure if these codes work anymore but you can get $350 worth of free advertising on facebook.

Just tried the steps outlined, signed up for Visa Business Network, tried all the coupon codes and they're all expired.

I guess I was a day late and a dollar short.

no matter, I still have the coupon from Godaddy

and it wasn't a total loss... I got to fill out my profile and get an inbound link from the Visa Business Network thingy.

Have you compliant about it to facebook help center? May be the problem is temporary.
