Incoming links also known as Backlinks, inbound links, Inlinks, inward links. Backlinks are incoming links from other websites to your website's Webpage.
Outbound links are outgoing links to other websites from your website.

The links which are coming to other sites are called incoming links and the links that you are giving to other sites are called outbound links . Incoming links are also called back links.

Inbound links = links going in to your site.
Outbound links = links going out from your site.

Use rel="nofollow" for all of your external outbound links (links to outside of your site)
