Offering bonuses

Please bare with me. I am a newbie, and I want to offer a bonus. I have a simple question, but one I can't seem to get a good answer. I offer a bonus, then I have the customer email me the receipt, saying they have purchased through my link. I will email them back with the link for the bonus. Do I put the bonus on my server in a folder for that site? This is a WP blog. Should the folder be in the WP_content for the blog? When I upload it, how do get the URL for that page? Thanks for the help.

Do you have a domain for your blog?
You can put the bonus into your domain and send the link to your customer.

I would use Aweber service to do something like this. All you have to do is put it on your server and add a link to an e-mail that you send them. It is very simple. Just remember, giving something away for free should always lead to a incentive to buy a product.

You can upload the bonus anywhere you want. I would put it on your server compared to put it on a file sharing site. I would create a directory called "bonus" and then put the file in that folder. Make sure you protect the folder if you don't want anyone stealing it from you.
