Default General Marketing principles to success:

- Do your field research
- Put your research into action
- Constantly analyze your performances
- Maintain a high level for your site/s and keep it there.
- Keep aiming higher.

This is more motivational for general marketers but are a set of principles that won't let you down. What do you guys think. This is why i am succeeding though.

For me general marketing principles to success are what you are offer that other want to purchase. It's marketing worlds and there are already lots many players in it. What you offer must be unique and useful. I agree with Lemon116 try an try. Website development needs constant evolution. It should become more better with time.

I also think people need to think of their website as their job. You know when you go into to work each day, you have a set of criteria that must be completed. You have a "to do" list of follow up items and at the end of the day, "x" amount must be accomplished.

If you work at home on your website buiness, treat it like your job. Set "to do" lists and constantly monitor your work, doing follow ups on tasks and productivity.

all great stuff every one for all of that , that was my biggest thing when I started working from home fulltime was to seperate home form work and set to do list and plans of attack goals is just like working for a huge corparate co. if you treat it like a joke working from home it will be a joke, if you take it serious like you a head ceo and market and plan a killer day to day goal plan and really master your goals the money is endless dont put your eggs all in one basket spread the love with your projects

Marketing staff, literal understanding is, management, sales personnel, the responsibilities of each business so as not to give you an example now. For example, a restaurant catering sales, is responsible for the activities of awareness programs, ideas, and promote ways to increase turnover.
In fact, related to sales can be said to marketing, sales per sales person is, but the sales staff may not be able to play the work of marketing, marketing is the key planning, to the mind and a wide range of interpersonal relationships!

You forgot something here, the planning stage. Remember that planning is very vital in marketing. "He who fails to plan, plans to fail".
