Absolutely, What ever your niche is article submission increases your traffic and page rank. Do a Google search for what your website is about and type articles on what ever it is.This will give you some examples of whats out there.See most people ask Google a Question about something.
Wouldn't it be nice they ask a question about what your product is about and your article comes up.

When I say done right, I mean, the article has to be SEO driver, credible and unique. "SEO driven" means it should be written keeping all the SEO strategies in mind, like inclusion of keywords and key phrases, making it concise and readable. The article should be genuine and should contain valuable information which make readers curious and motivate them to click on the link.

AutoPost means your article will no longer review by a moderator. It just post as you submit it.

I usually use article directories for backlinks to my Hubs. Since Hubpages ranks well on google, with the help of the article directories you can easily get your Hub to the first page of Google.
