What is the Best Online Forum for Ordinary People?

I want to know what is the best online forum for ordinary people and not for a webmaster like Digital Point, to promote my blog to that forum with an ordinary people and got a visitors that really interested to my blog.

Find forums in your niche.
-Do it manually by going to “discussions” tab in Google search page (left hand side)
-Use a tool “keyword country” which will help you find niche related forums.
