Question Affiliate Systems

I wonder if you can help me please. I have an ebook and the contributors to the ebook are great people, however not necessarily internet savvy.

I want to be able to have them on the simplest affiliate system on the planet so that we can both make money selling the book. I require a system that requires the least effort and knowledge possible.

Thank you
Jenni Wright

AffiliateSeeking has a spectacular aura about AffiliateSeeking has a spectacular aura about
Have you looked at some of the affiliate software listed here.

I do some of the affiliate program approvals on AffiliateSeeking and have noticed an increased amount of affiliate programs getting added that are using the iDevAffiliate and PostAffiliatePro scripts.

I've never used any of them as a merchant, but have joined a few affiliate programs as an affiliate that use them softwares. They seem alright to me as an affiliate, but not sure how a merchant finds them. They seem to be reasonably priced also I think.

Clickbank is very simple, probably the easiest for an ebook selling their products

The best PPC affiliate programs in my point of view go from Google Adsense, YPN (If you are in United States) and AdBrite mainly.

Regards,

Robert

Seems like a lot of people use OSCommerce to power their stores and it has affiliate system built in.

Check out Shareasale they are inexpensive and there are tons of merchants and affiliates on there to network with. Good luck.

I suggest you use clickbank as it is the easiest to use and will give you access to thousands of affiliates.

Would you happen to know the costs associated with advertising on clickbank? I've got a book that I wouldn't mind selling as an e-book if it is cost efficient.

I have a friend who is very successful using Paydot.com. Also, she uses Clickbank but says that Paydot.com somehow has affiliates bringing her more sales and conversions than Clickbank. Good luck to you.

Create your website and promote the book through good means. Facebook is also a good platform to create awareness about your book. Invite more people to your forum and introduce good incentives for the marketing of the book. You can associate your book with other popular products also.

There are types of affiliate programs.

CPC - Cost Per Click
Cost per click is just as like it sounds, you get a certain amount of money for each click that is generated from your site.

CPM - Cost Per 1,000 Impressions
This means that you will be paid a certain amount for every 1,000 banner impressions (views) displayed on your site. Some affiliates will pay you based on raw impressions which means that every singe banner will get you paid no matter if its from the same user viewing the same ad on different pages or not. Other programs will pay you based on 1,000 unique impressions which means that 1 impression counts from 1 visitor per 24 hour period (this is the standard but some programs have different time periods).

CPA - Cost Per Auction
CPA means that you will be paid a commission on sale or lead generated from your site. The commission is based on the program you sign up for.

You can try the best siutable one for u!

When starting to work with any affiliate program you should have some kind of a visitor base. Before spending a lot of your energy on resources spend some time developing your site and promoting it so it gets some kind of visitors.

The number of visitors you should have on a site before starting any type of affiliate program all depends on the content of the site. Some sites will get very good return on 10,000 visitors a day while other sites can get the same return on 50 visitors a day.
