There are way too many definition of friendship, and it is the hardest thing in the world to explain.
In my opinion, Friendship and Love goes hand-in-hand. We love our friends, don't we? If you answered no, then they're not really your friends. One thing's for sure, a real friend likes you for who you are and will be there for you through your ups and downs.

I agree with you. The friendship is very strong relation but its building is very soft.

I think friendship is a way to care, to listen, to share, and to sacrifice for your friend in any situation when he / she needs.

A true friend never quits you until the last moment of the life.

All other relation say father, Mother, Brother, Sister etc....are Forced on us by God means in this relations we have no option to choose we just have to live with them at anyhow and at any cost.

But Friendship is only that relation in which God has given option to choose. So we choose friend as per our own decision coz all aspects of life like from success to failure, Joy to sorrow, Happiness to Sad etc..are lots depend on this relation.
So it on Us that what type of friends we want. If we choose bad then our life is also going to Bad as they are always remain with us but if we choose Right and Good friends then even if our life is bad they turn it into Good.

As one famous quote is -Friends is that special and precious gift by god with no Price Tag on them. Its free so choose wisely and accurately.
