Default Sleep and Beauty

Sleep is a natural and necessary. We spend one third of life sleeping and although it is unclear what it does, what is certain is that it is necessary for life, for physical and mental wellbeing, and to care for and repair the skin.

In addition to fatigue and bad mood, a bad night involves swelling of the eyes, dark circles, pale face and marked signs of expression. Sleep is the best cure of beauty that exists. At night the skin recover from the attacks of the day, because the cells are oxygenated to the fullest. At rest you breathe better so that oxygen is more easily and in higher concentrations to cells.

If the cells have more oxygen, activates metabolism, their ability to survive and multiply, resulting in a young healthy tissue.

Yes, proper sleep fetches inner beauty. So we need enough sleep rather make-up kit.

It is pretty nice thread on technicality of sleep.. Even if i don get time to sleep less than 7 hours then i don feel relax during the day...i like to have sleep of 7-8 hours daily...

I fully agree body really needs a rest after working day, the ammount of time spent for that differs from person to person, for me 7 hours is enough

everyone wants deep sleeping but today inmsomania is a big problem for many people. I think it happens by not only stress. there are many other reasons for this problem.

Doing a lot of work you need rest of sleep so that you can make your mind fresh ..!! atleast 6 to 7 hour sleep is compulsory
