First I brush my teeth, get some exercise then followed by shower. That is my morning routine.

I just go to the front of my computer, then I checked my email.. Then shut down it and take a breakfast..

Well what i usually do in the morning is to go to the bathroom and release all the toxins that i have..it is really a good practice.
