I don't think any one can anser the question for sure, as all have their likings and we have numbers of talanted musicians now, what I know for sure one of the most talanted people gone, I speak of Michael Jackson

Definitely Mariah Carey, she composes her song, arrange including the lyrics, singer, dancer, talen and beuty all in one package. Though there are a lot of new singer comes a long the way Mariah Carey is Mariah Carey, No one can over her.
