Hi to all members,

To work from 8 to 10 hours in front of computer or only on desk, it’s really challenge to remain healthy and fit all time.

I recently decide to follow on desk hands, eyes, necks exercises and to follow stress free tips at the end of the day.

So, also want to know about your helpful health fitness ideas for Desk or Online Job.

I don't do any special exercises for that, juts walking for a cup of coffee every two hours or something like that
