If you are unable to sleep it means you have something to finish up. You generally do not know what is missing in your life but in real some problem are pining you up for a solution. In such conditions i start thing about the day i have completed some hours ago. What i did through out the day, was it good for me? How can i improve my weakness and many more things. Bed is the best place to plan you future and really it helps in getting great ideas for the next morning.
