Posting picture? Yeah we wish there would be one.
But not yet as you said... or maybe never not everyone knows how to obey rules about picture signatures.
Some have really large pictures on their sigs.

1. Your a member for at least 3 days
2. You have made at least 15 posts
3. You have more than 1 reputation point.

3. You have more than 1 reputation point. (All members start of with 10 points, so the more you get along with others within these forums the more likely you will receive more positive points. If your posts help others alot then they are likely to give you positive reputation points. If you spam these forums then members are more likely to give you negative reputation points, which you don't want.)
Just keep posting quality posts here at the forums and wait a few days. I do not know the exact requirements for you to be able to place a signature but you will get the access within a few days.
I wonder if it is 'cause you joined in June and have only 22 posts. !5 is supposed to be enough but maybe you stayed away too long. Try to get 15 more and if you still can't get a sig. you may have to contact a moderator. This is not bad. I have joined forums that require 50, 100 or even 200 posts.
