I really like to eat spicy food like chicken meals burgers etc but i don't eat spicy food regularly because use of spicy food regularly is not good for health.
Over eating spicy food is really dangerous to our health. Fitness is every thing. Because health is wealth. Don't over eat burger and spicy things its gonna hurt you in future.
To be honest I like 'light' spicy food which helps me to have better appetite.
But for example in the Oriental cuisine there are toom much spicy ingredients and it's rather tough for me.
