What are your duties as of right now? Rental properties are great right now. No one has the credentials to purchase nor the money. You could secure thousands per month as a landlord to the property you have purchased. Not a good market for the other types of real estate. Businesses aren't starting up as far as commercial real estate either.

Yes, i agree of some comments, it will depend to the budget, it should have enough budget for any investment. Invest your money is also good idea , like to invest on real estate, its also a good investment for the future.
