No, you don't need any website or blog. The simplest thing to earn money online is to write some articles and to get money for this.

Well, you still can make money online if you are good at promoting website and you can find a part time job and make money online. Many companies are looking for these people now.

You can build a website and start to promote it. Once you get good traffic coming to your site, you can start putting ads and cash your blog. One such way is through Affiliate Marketing. I am also associated with a payday loan affiliate program which is giving me good income every month.

Quite right, I visited a witkey website the other day. I saw many offers of website promoting thing. Only if you have the skill, I'm sure you can make a lot of money in this field.

Why not to be an affiliate of hosting market?
It is an easy way to earn money online ,different hosting providers have different policy ,such as you'll get $65 when someone purchase their products from your unique link ,or $20 one time commission for dedicated hosting etc.
You can have a try.
