Money in directory

There was a time that all people were going to directory to make money but nowadays this seems to have dry up.
Do you think there are still money to be made in directory?

There is no doubt; in this internet world the requirements of directories will increase day by day.

It is still there, though other opportunities have increased a lot giving it a little setback.

I am not sure. I have started a directory a couple of months back and haven't made any real money yet. Hope this will change.

Every Tom , Dick and Harry is creating a new directory.I do not think it has much charm now a days.

As said by SEOcorp - nowadays there are millions of directories available on web, if you promote it in a better way, there are some chances to make money through it. Or else may you have to just pay for hosting renewal only.
