Improve 'PR'

Hi!

I would like to request all members of our great community for their cooperation. As per your practical experience please quote, the % of priority, against each of the following parameter in support to achieve Higher PR.

(a) Article Marketing
(b) Blog Submission
(c) Directory Submission
(d) Manual Social Book Marking
(e) Forum Posting

In addition to all above your valuable guide lines to achieve higher PR are also most welcomed.

Your page should be original. I mean not just article etc. It should have something special that nobody has in google.

Its a good list still there are many points which needs to be considered as the blog needs to be updated. the article should be written regularly ext.

Yes it is a good list and i think this all things which are appropriate to improve the page rank. I think article submission and social bookmarking more unique and exceptional.

you can link exchage with others,and i think this way could make your site has a good pr quickly.
