TICKED me off during my years of online affiliate marketing, ya know what I mean?
The classic email is when you get
"advertiser deactivated" - you know what that means, now all your banners you put on your sites are driving traffic to the deactivated advertiser's site that you are not going to earn a dime from. And worse, now you have to spend all that time to remove all those banners and links.
This is why we find more control selling products is the more profitable way to go by far.
Working from home and earning a living has become more difficult as the market becomes more saturated and advertisers and consumer dollars dry up.
There are still a handful of products that move in bulk online even in this economy. This economy often enhances sales of certain products online.
We have been doing affiliate marketing for about 10 years and it is only the past 5 that we have been able to earn a decent living online.
Mostly because we market and sell to several different categories of buyers with only products that sell well online.
We have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars and countless hours to achieve enough income to live on.
There are really only a few markets you can earn good money from. Most else we find only produce "petty cash" due to low commissions to affiliates from most companies and the
ridiculous low share we now net from PPC.
The days for the big easy bucks with PPC and affiliate banner marketing are over, now you must work it, HARD! If you don't do the time and spend the money you probably will not earn much.
Content is KING now and if you don't have a good product to market that sells well online you're dead in hyperspace.
