Which is the best chat system for an online business?

Hi,
I am urgently looking for a chat system so that I can chat with my partners using a microphone . (group voice chat)
Something which can also show text on screen what the person speaks! (if possible)
We dont need video though..
Is there any system which can store messages as text on the screen if the person is not available for chatting?

Any help would be appreciated,

I use Zopim but there are several other good ones as well. You can use Google plus Hangout to do voice / video chat with several persons simultaneously.

Definitely there is no better chatting software than skype. You can do free chat from skype to skype.

I think both Skype and Gmail chat are the best option for online business.

I use Skype. There is also Facebook chat, but I have never used it. There are a lot of alternatives out there. MSN, Google, AIM, etc.

No doubt that Skype is one of the good tool even Live messenger will do as well. For business live chat, it is not the software problem but is the one who handle live chat is well with experience or not..

I think you are seeking a live chat software through which you can chat with your partners.

There is tow types a chat for you.

Live2support (Enable to chat with your website visitors)
CD Messenger (Enable you to chat with partners)

Video chat/Voice chat is not available with above chat software.

For immediate response at times, you can move in with Gmail chat. For even more better chat service/software I would suggest you with phponlinechat. An interactive tool that serves best.

Skype is the all time best chat system. However, there are some other chat box that you can use in your website to chat with your customer but most of them don't support video system.
