Need to start a new business, but what?

I want to start a new business to have an additional source of income, I currently sell a few items I make myself on eBay and my website but want more sources of income and something that doesn't require shipping items to customers (I already do more than enough of that with my existing businesses).
What sort of business could I start that could make me a minimum of an extra $500 a month once started and that would not require shipping items? I'm good at web programming and could make a website that offers some sort of service unless you have better ideas for me.

Can anyone please give me suggestions for a new business to start to get some extra income?

Go to elance or freelancer(dot)com and bid for web programming projects. If you can get even a single project you can earn thousands of dollars.

Try to promote the product or services over Affiliate marketing sites. These would help you to get more sales but you have to pay some commission for the people who sales your product to the customer. It is also called as Affiliate marketing. Try to checkout the Clickbank, Comission Junction and many other affiliate program.
