How could I build link exchange with other sites?

Everyone knows link exchange is a good way for SEO, but how could we begin the link exchange? What could we do if no one like to exchange link with me?

contacting directly to webmaster is best way to build link. make sure all links comes from other site must show dofollow attribute for your website.

Before exchanging with other websites, make sure you have some fine alexa rank and atleast PR-1. You search in google for "Link Exchange Network" and get hundreds of network which are available on web. These network will help you to exchange with other websites.

I often check websites' indexed pages and Cache updating date, if got well indexed and regularl and quick cache, I will approve. Of course, PageRank Higher than 5? Approve immediately.

Just try to do it again and again. No need to worry. Search new forums and put Link Exchange offer. There must be a day will come and u will be successful.

First and foremost, you want a potential link partner in the same industry.Identify them using related keywords and check if its a link farm, PR and check whether the site has disallowed robots from the page or not.If satisfied, write to the respective webmasters requesting link exchange .

You need to search for relevant business partners and contact with webmasters to exhange links. It is hard work but beneficial in long term.

yeah chris is right contact directly to the webmaster or you can hire an SEO for this work because SEO is a field guy with in relationships of other exchanging websites so it can help you a lot.

I would suggest you must purchase a link. Then your site will boost and after then it is easy to exchange links.

Its quite obvious that no one would like to exchange links with a newbie. In order to shed this "newbie" image, try to build one way links. There are a number of Directories, Article Directories, Bookmarking sites, Blogging Networks, Forums, where you can submit your links. After you've built a good base, I'm sure, you'll start getting mails from others for the Link Exchange.

There are a lot of reciprocal sites who exchange links. This is an easy process, you just have to put the html code of that site in your site's html code.

Building a link exchange website can be easy if you know what scripts to use and how to properly set them up. 1-Locate the proper script, which can be the hardest part of the whole process. There are websites listed in the Resources section to help with this.
2-Unzip the script to your computer in a place that you will remember.
3-Update any configuration files that may be in the script. For example, you may need to enter your server information in the script.
4-Upload the script to the server. Remember, the script will likely be either a PERL script or a PHP script. Either way, you must upload the script in ASCII mode, or it may be listed in your FTP program as Text. But uploading the script as binary will cause many problems down the road.
5-Upload the script and change the permissions for the script on the server. Check the documentation that came with the script to see what permissions you need to give the files.
6-Do not forget to add a link to your script from your site.

You can do a search on google for link exchange programs. A lot of these exchanges are free and what you would have to do is create an account and then you would have to place their code on your site. I can recommend adsflip.com - they are free and easy to start with!

hi, first of all you have to collect the resource, means some good websites where you can add the others link. Now contact different users interesting in link exchange. Show your resource and ask about your need. If he needs your website for link exchange and you got your theme from him, then you can go with link exchange with same page rank.

I personally don't use direct link exchanges anymore as they aren;t nearly as effective as they were 2-3 years ago. These days, Google can see the exchange ans the lower the value of both links. A 3 or 4 way exchange is a better opportunity if you can come across one.
