Earn $$$ from a freelance website

I just found out earlier a person who pretends to be an employer hiring freelancers for a DATA ENTRY JOB. What he did after few freelancers applied for the job, he let them signup to another freelancing sites that offers incentives per recruit.

I guess that man is now earning a lot of money through his style. What do you thing? Is he just wise enough to think this way or he is really a scammer?

Well, he did do 'work' in the sense that he needed to find people and then have them sign up for another site. In a way this is just another form of affiliate marketing.

If he actually hired people to do work for him and paid them - then suggested another freelance site - he is not a scammer.

I don't think he is scammer..He is real player..
