Default What works best? Affiliate Programs or your own products?

What have you found works best online, selling your own products or promoting affiliate programs and being like a middle man?

I've only tried affiliate programs, some I've done not to badly on, but then I've been scammed by a handful and then I don't do that well with some.

I've never tried selling my own products, but just wonder if anyone have tried the both and which they found to be the best?

Thanks!

I think both are the best. Affiliate to promote your own business.

If you have a good product or products is real lucky to sell them across the site and I would never have put together these two categories ...

But if you are thin with the products, affilate are a necessary addition to your...

That is my opinion...

Absolutely selling own product is much beneficial as compare to selling others product. Somewhere it depends upon the type of product you want to sell online.

I still think that affiliate programs work better than own products as you need time to promote own product as they affiliate ones can be famous already.

Affiliate works best. You can sell product which you do not own.

1. that spears you from all development processes.
2. you can focus in your marketing
3. you can earn as high as your own product, let say you are selling 7 dollars and you earn 7 dollars from affiliates -- see

4. Save cost per month.
5. And best thing is you can sell as many as you can.

I think affiliate programs are hassle free as you don;t need to do many procedures from delivering to shipping and other stuff.

In the short term affiliate programs but in the long run your own product. That's just my opinion though

Affiliate programs can make money easy and quickly. Selling products is more like a team work, you need enough people to do it. So for me affiliate program will be my choice.

it all depends on the product and how you market it, i doubt there is a definitive answer.
