Its depend on your website !

How ?? look at a sub-domain bdedunews Its a educational related Bangladeshi website . One of my client is the owner of the site . Last month he get more than 900000 hit and he earn 55 USD by Google Adsense . But look again at the website what is GABA he get only 5000+ hit and get more than one hundred USD from the site . and most of the visitor are from UAS and Canada . If it get about 10 dollar by a single click then you can answer your own question "How many visitor required to earn daily 15$-20$? and how much time will required for new website or blog?"

Its easy to apply for Adsense account. Just visit official Adsense site & open an account with your gmail id. You must have a website. Now a days free website is tough to get Adsense account. Its tough to say how many visitors will need to earn this amount. But if you are old blogger & you know the basics of SEO you can certainly earn this amount

I would say it may not depend on how many visitors but the quality of your visitors. As long as advertisers think your site is valuable enough to post ads on, you can earn money.

You sure dont know about AdSense?
Firstly you apply at Google.com/adsense
and apply to be publisher on their website.
please input your valid and high quality website to apply becuase without good website your application will reject.
Then, after got approved, just create your first ad, then input the ad code to your web page.
You will got earning based from click from your visitors.

In case you not got approved or so hard to get approved, contact me I have unused account ready to use.

well if you are using adsense then your web traffic should be atleast 7k for 15-20$...

Start by visiting the Adsense site and then open an account. It is not easy to get a free Adsense account. So work on the presentation of your site.
