Default Other revenue sources

How do you generate revenue from your site aside from the common PPCs? Inclusion of affiliate programs could be another another way. Providing online services can also be a potential source. Anything more you can think of?

Some other ways are product sales. Both your own products which you build and ship out or products on your website that another company direct ships for you.

Many people sell their crafts online, whether it be woodworking, quilting, clothing patterns, baking nice cakes, whatever interests them and they do well.

Attracting more people itself yields you more revenue, but you can try advertising and stuffs like that.

Buliding your own product is taking a big risk, youll have to advertise it and there are lots of similar products so i dont think it is the best way unless you are a pro than you can just sell "air" to everybody =)

There is zero risk in someone trying to sell their crafts and hobbies online. Furthermore hobbyists are not people trying to sell air to anybody. Please do not confuse all the scams you see with the millions of legitimate sellers on the internet.

Most people are honest and do not need to sell air.

i dont think that selling own products is very risky. but it depends on the product and the market.

for example if you sell self-written ebooks or hosting .. you are not risking that much.

What about with a sports blog? Is there much money to be made in that niche? I haven't made a dime and I was wondering if it is at all possible.

One more way is to acquire a good domain name, develop a site, gain some traffic and sell the site later. If not try parking your domain name and earn from it.
