First you have to create a website later on you have to register in Google adsense and you will get a code. You have to put this code in you website and you will see Google ads will appear on your website and whenever that ads will clicked by user you will get some amount in your adsense a/c.

The best option is to make a good relevant website with proper content. Once your website is properly created with good content you can apply for the google adsense account. Your website will be checked by the google department and they will confirm your google adsense account.

Create your web site, get traffic going to your web site, then apply for a Google Adsense account. You will then create your own ads through your account, such as the look and size. Take that code paste it in your web site. Google will rotate ads that are of interest to your web site. Once they click, you get revenue.

If you want to earn the money then you need to take approval from google for adsence. when you are able to get approval you can put the google ad on your website and then by promoting your website you can earn money.

After applying for Google adsense and when you application is approved, go and apply your ads and your website is ready to earn money for you but don't break terms of Google.
