I don't think it'll influence the domain name itself anyhow.

It might influence if the company has anything to hide. e.g the fact they jus allow you to use their domain while you host with them, but fortunaltely it happens not very often...

I absolutely agree with llqi. If the company is reputable, honest and reliable, you can easily register domain without doubt.

I wanna say that ICANN-accreditation doesn't influence the domain name itself. Let's take ahosting.biz, they don't have such accreditation but they provide their services rightly and their prices are cheap.
