Its not good for your site to give a link out to the same site from which you are getting the link back unless you own both the sites.

So I will support regular listing option.

I'll go for regular listing, why would you choose reciprocal if you can the entire benefits in the regular and one way listing unless the site you'll going to trade is well optimized and had a high PR.

I think regular listing is good.Regular links are listed for an indefinite period of time.

I completely agree with you and it does work when you choose Regular listing instead of Reciprocal ones!

Regular listing is better or for reciprocal listing use any other site.
