Best Blog directory?

Anyone know the best directory for blogs? I have submitted my blog to plenty of directories, but I was wondering which ones were the best.

There are so many directories! You just find the one with a high page rank then it must be good!

BlogCatalog.com is a good one. Also try BlogsRater.com
