Do these directories require reciprocal links to be listed? I just read an interesting article about natural linking as it relates to search engine placement, and I no longer believe it is wise to unnaturally link to too many different sites.

Thanks for the list, but you forgot Yahoo! Even though they have paid review, you can submit your site for a free review and if its good enough it would get listed.

It is always good to have the links of free directory as this sure helps to increase your page rank and non reciprocal link is always good.
