I have submitted many times in the DMoz but it does not approve the link but why?

i always prefer Directorycritics, free directory list and vmoption Directory list. but DMOZ main open project but listing is tough. becoust you should firstly make a member of Dmoz. it gives better result.

I can't remember because we use number of directory but always start from fast approval directory list and the vmoptions and then other.
