i am not satisfied with any of the directories. i always hav a feeling that it is incomplete. can anyone help me out with that..??

Well, Signature links suits me better than all, and footer links, but you cant get traffic from it because no one clicks on it, that is why sometimes directories are better than others.

You need to have patience. Directory submission helps in gaining back links. You can check new directories updated on directorycritic.com

Yes, directories take time but they are still useful. You need some patience for that.

yep patience is the key. It can take months before you start seeing Search engine results based on backlinking.

When submitting links into directories, your link has no chance to be listed on a page with page rank!!! I have tried many directories and realized that. If you do not pay for feature links or sponsored links then your links will not be added on a good page!

Directory links though do not show fast results but still considered a way to SEO so I would suggest keep working on it besides other Techniques .

I think perfect linking to pages and Good use of the Coding makes the pages more attractive..
We also name the particular page according to their functionality..
That will benefit to your Page Rank..

If you try do follow blog commenting as compare to directories submission.

I think directory is the first steps when we start any project.So searching the best high pr directories for doing the SEO work.instead of directory lot of method for back links like articles,blog commenting,forum posting and more.
