Please friends, let me know may I use one email id for multiple website when I submit url on web directories.

yes, you can use one email ID for hundred's of directory submition.

I m using different E-mail ID for different sites, it avoid spamming and help you maintaining report easily.

Yes you can. But it is better to have the different id related to the web site address and it would be a good practice to manage all the data per web site other wise it will be more difficult to manage that which directory has approved your which web site. So i suggest to have a unique email address to post your link for each and every web site.

I also use different emails. Each domain I use a private email for submitting my sites to the directories.

I suggest You to change you Id or create new Id for new project while submit directory, never use similar id for more website, there are no issue of E-ID but it is not natural link building, so rotate Id if possible create new for new project. one more you can also rotate title and description for directory submission if you submit number of directory with same title then after approval you can see number of backlink for single URL by single anchor text(title) so rotate such thing by 10 or 15 title and description

Right! The email can be the same but the ID should be different.
