Directory submissions software

Anyone know of a free submission software or a tool that would at least do semi - auto submissions?

Well, why do you want to go for an automated tool. Manual submission takes time but it is worth an effort. It is difficult to find reputable directories in the first place. Moreover, these softwares don’t guarantee you quality. They might submit you to any xyz junk directory. As a result it will hurt your reputation and you will also lose the credibility of backlinks which you might get in manual submission.

I think Rebecca is right and it's really worth to go with Manual Submission, the thing matters here is the quality while you submit in any useful web directory.
