The database is very easy dear.. if you have linux hosting account go to cpanel and then msql then create the database with any suitable name. after done go back then create the username and pwd.. then go back now the time to connect the database and username select both of them then click on make it.. after then select all and on make changes you done.

To create the database, my SQL is good platform to build the database. After this create the database with the database name otherwise it will be taken by default. Now you are able to write the query in the query section of the application.

in the mysql you can create the database by simply difining the name of the database and then create table name and after the insertation in the table.

I think it would need some knowledge about the SQL/PLSQL. These is some type of language that need to create a new database with external tools like MYSQL, SQL SERVER 2008 and many other through which you could create database and store your data.
