Which is the best position to place the adsense ad ?
Which is the best color combination for good eyeballs catch?

Generally, top and left-top are the hottest position to display ads, but different themes and templates need to do more tests.

Yes 336X280 unit below the header is very good one, you can use adsense below the content and in footer is very good clickable.

Position 2-3 is the best. Avoide first and last position.
