What's next alternative to Adsense

I've been working with Adsense for sometime, but just wondering if there is any other CPC/PPC program that pays nearly as much as Adsense or if there is not any, then what's possibly the next best?

Also how much on avg do these next best cpc/ppc networks pay on a per click basis?

There is no such thing called "average", since you've working with Adsense for sometimes, you must have known that differnet niche got different stories.

No real alternatives for ppc ads, they all pay 5-10 times less. But if you have targeted traffic you can find some affiliate programs.

Im using AdBrite as an alternative to adsense once my account was locked. However, it can run along with adsense and minimum Payment is $20

I think you may use auto program to send emails that cause to arrive the emails in spam box, you should send email one by one.
