Thumbs up Intext Advertising vs Contextual ads

So here's my question..; What has performed better for you and why.

I used to stick with Adsense alone and get a fair amount of clicks. I then implemented infowizards and the results have been remarkable.

When I used the site overlay from Google Analytics, what I noticed is that most often the 125x125 ads get no clicks at all, save for the adsense ads displayed within the content.

However, with intext advertising, I make more than what I usually make from Adsense.

I've only really tried Adsense. Not tried any intext advertising. What's your eCPM from intext advertising if you don't mind me asking?

Personally I've never clicked on any intext links in my life, ok, I've actually put my mouse on them, but never clicked on the ad that pops up. I've clicked on some contextual non intext ads

I find those inline text ads quite annoying, may be people who click on them are the ones who are new to the internet and click here and there. Is there any niche that targets such people?.

Seems to me people are likelier to click intext links because they don’t resemble ads.

That’s not a good thing.

ads which are linked to advertiser site, on a text on your site, for example if you have some info or article about weight loss, so those type of ads will link some of those words from your article and when someone click on it, they will go to advertiser site and you get paid for it.

Yes intext advertising is being seen as the next best advertising medium. I feel most of the marketers are trying this option.
