Which PPC system would you recommend me for my e-book?
I tried:
- BidVertiser, but they have fake click.
- Facebook Ads was not approved.
- Google Adwords is too expensive. about: $0,5 - $2 CPC.

Do you have any idea?

I think you should try selling your book on shopping sites like Amazon, Ebay and other dating sites which allow you advertisement on their sites rather than focusing on PPC.

Facebook often disapproves ads which don't comply with their rules. Re-read their rules and try submitting your ads again. There's tons of traffic on there so I'm sure you'll find someone interested in your ebook on Facebook.
