Where should I search for Windows ??

Hey,
I am looking for Windows forum which allows new user to participate. I want to be a part of those forums so that I can update my PC or windows version every time when thier is something new.

So what are the windows forums you would recommend?

You can try searching for Technical or Operating System forums in Google also you can register on Microsoft's forum.

I don't see any problems to join to any webmaster society.
There is Windows section in any forum, so you can participate everywhere.
