Anyone know of a FREE desktop timecard software for PC's that allows you to track your time on projects?

TrackRay is free web based Task and Time management software. can create tasks, set priority, assign to other users; and/or create a time sheet / time card, describing work, effort hours.

That is really good software and also have free license. I would test is soon.
